- Check the garbage disposal first
One of the most common causes of clogged disposal is clogged garbage cutter. If the sink side that has a disposer does not drain, plunge first to remove the plug or force it out of the drain. If you have dishwasher, tighten up the clamp above the drain. After that, use plunger to clean the blockage.
- Clean the pipe from trap dirt
Loosen the nut slip on the trapping arm assembly and tee the flavor collectively and move the trap. Check the tee waste and remove and clean it if it is clogged. Clean the dirt in the pipe and check if there is crack in the pipe. Detach the nut slide and trap arm from the drain.
Lace the snake tip to the drain and fasten the screw to the clockwise direction into the drain pipe. Keep turning the snake until find resistance. Drag the snake out. Right after you get back the snake, use a rag to clean the cable. Refasten the trap and run the faucet to check if the drain works.
